Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. in Denver is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of AV systems integration projects, ensuring time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.

You will coordinate activities, manage schedules and budgets, lead cross‑functional teams, and enforce AVI‑SPL processes to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining strong customer relationships and communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PM experience in AV, construction, tech or related fields.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience juggling multiple projects with strong time management and detail orientation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Create and manage project schedules and resource plans.
• Manage material orders and project expenditures against budget.
• Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with AVI-SPL processes and change orders.
• Travel to job sites as required.
