Job summary

Hasbro is seeking an AV Systems & Automation Engineer to oversee AV and collaboration platforms, coordinating Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro, and Zoom to ensure seamless meetings across spaces.

You will document procedures, support readiness, and develop automation ideas with AV, IT, and Facilities to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability of meeting rooms and studios.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in AV, collaboration technology, IT operations, or related field.
• Experience coordinating meeting room systems, collaboration platforms, AV management tools, or workplace tech.
• Proficiency with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Logitech Sync, digital signage, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases.
• Strong documentation and support content skills.
• Knowledge of automation, reporting, workflows, scripting, AI tools, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AV and collaboration platforms to ensure seamless experiences.
• Record standards for room system setup, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop automation solutions to improve visibility and reduce manual input.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and user guides.
• Collaborate with AV, IT, Facilities, vendors, and business teams.
