Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AV, collaboration technology, IT operations, or related field.
• Experience supporting or coordinating meeting room systems and collaboration platforms.
• Proficiency with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Logitech Sync, digital signage, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases.
• Strong documentation and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of automation, reporting, workflow tools, scripting, AI tools, or process improvement methods.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ownership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AV and collaboration platforms for a seamless team experience.
• Coordinate systems like Logitech Sync, Teams Rooms Pro, and Zoom; ensure smooth integration.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and guides.
