Job summary

Noetic Strategies, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer III – AV/Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy, and manage NASA JSC collaboration environments. You will work on Teams Rooms, Logitech, Crestron, Cisco, and related AV technologies across centers.

The role requires hands-on deployment, network understanding, and lifecycle management of collaboration platforms, with on-site work at JSC in Houston. Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years in AV engineering or collaboration workspace management.
• Hands-on deployment of conferencing devices (Logitech, Cisco, Crestron).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms architecture across Windows and Android.
• Experience with collaboration hardware, networking, and management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage physical workplace collaboration environments at NASA JSC and support other centers.
• Serve as SME for Microsoft Teams Rooms and conferencing technologies.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain conferencing systems and peripherals.
• Lead installation, cabling, and hardware configuration of MTR endpoints.
• Manage Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal, Teams Admin Center, Cisco Control Hub, and related tools.
• Monitor hardware health and QoS to maintain high availability.
• Plan and deploy software updates and firmware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex audio/video and connectivity issues.
• Evaluate and standardize Teams-certified AV hardware.
• Configure Teams resource accounts and Exchange integrations.
• Support enterprise Conditional Access and network optimization.
