Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking an Audio-Visual & Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy, and manage meeting spaces and situation rooms in Philadelphia, PA. You will bridge hardware engineering and cloud collaboration software to enable seamless hybrid communication.

You will own the conference room ecosystem—from hands-on integration of Poly and Microsoft Surface Hub to project management, vendor oversight, and ITIL-aligned service delivery in ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• CTS certification required.
• Experience with enterprise AV hardware (Polycom/Poly) and Microsoft Surface Hub.
• ITIL framework experience and ServiceNow ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain advanced AV solutions for standard conference rooms, executive suites, and situation rooms.
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise UC platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom integration.
• Lead room deployment projects from concept through testing, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Oversee AV vendor relationships, managing equipment procurement, external service contractors, and warranty escalations.
• Provide elevated Tier 2/3 technical troubleshooting for complex AV and UC incidents using ServiceNow, adhering to ITIL service management frameworks.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, communicating effectively with executive stakeholders and end-users.
