This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

At Wizards of the Coast, we harness the power of imagination and connection to create unforgettable experiences. We create entertainment that inspires creativity, sparks passion, forges friendships, and fosters communities around the globe. In every pursuit our mission is to inspire a lifetime love of games. As we continue to grow and explore new realms, we’re seeking passionate, curious, and innovative minds to join the adventure.

What You’ll Do:

As the AV Systems & Automation Engineer, you will oversee AV and collaboration platforms to provide a seamless experience for our teams. You will coordinate systems such as Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management, and Zoom, ensuring smooth performance and effortless integration. You will record standards for room system setup, monitoring, and reporting, collaborating with AV, IT, and Facilities. Through this, you will contribute to delivering world‑class AV operations!

Build Operational Foundations

You will produce and keep up-to-date comprehensive documentation, such as knowledge base articles, support runbooks, SOPs, and user guides. By converting support requirements into standardized methods, you will help achieve consistent application across AV teams, Service Desk, field teams, and business partners. Your role will back meeting rooms, event spaces, studios, and collaboration environments by maintaining accurate records of technology, system capabilities, and operational procedures.

Enable Automation and Technology-Enhanced Operations

Recognizing possibilities for automation will be a key aspect of your role. You will develop or aid in automation solutions that improve visibility, minimize manual input, and hasten team responses. Using AI-assisted tools, you will refine documentation, support readiness, reporting, and communication. Your initiatives will establish secure, practical, and replicable methods for automation and AI in AV operations, promoting efficiency and innovation.

Operate and Improve the AV Support Environment

You will manage AV systems and support tools as production environments, focusing on defined ownership, monitoring, and continuous enhancement. By analyzing patterns in incidents, room conditions, and support inquiries, you will recognize risks and areas for growth. Assisting with lifecycle planning, standards creation, and operational preparation, you will collaborate closely with AV operations leadership to advance systems, processes, and support frameworks.

Support Adoption Across Teams

Partnering with AV support staff, Service Desk, and project teams, you will boost usability and consistency. You will educate and equip support teams to handle common issues efficiently, offering documentation, examples, and templates to optimize AV operations. Your input will enhance support for employees working with meeting rooms, event spaces, studios, and collaboration tools.

What You’ll Bring:

You hold strong technical fundamentals and systems thinking, supported by a proven experience in AV, collaboration tools, workplace technology, or IT operations. Your competence in coordinating platforms, directing documentation, and enhancing processes is remarkable. You express a keen interest in automation, AI-powered workflows, and scalable support solutions. With clear communication skills, you effectively interpret technical details into useful mentorship and documentation. Your ability to collaborate with AV, IT, Facilities, vendors, and business teams is unmatched.

Core Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience in AV, collaboration technology, IT operations, or a related technical field.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating meeting room systems, collaboration platforms, AV management tools, or workplace technology systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Logitech Sync, digital signage, ticket tracking systems, and knowledge bases.
  • Strong background in crafting or maintaining technical documentation and support content.
  • Knowledge of automation, reporting, workflow tools, scripting, AI tools, or process improvement methods.
