Job summary

University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce seeks an AV Support tester to help ensure classroom and conference room AV systems operate smoothly. You will test regularly, document results with detailed notes, assist during occasional evening and weekend events, and respond to routine AV inquiries.

Current UVA undergraduate with familiarity with Microsoft Office and Zoom is preferred; some AV equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current UVA undergraduate student is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Zoom.
• Experience or familiarity with AV equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test classroom and conference room AV systems on a regular basis and document results.
• Support occasional evening and weekend events as necessary.
• Provide support for calls regarding basic AV issues in classrooms and conference rooms.
