Job summary

Dexian is seeking an AV Technician to support our Plano, TX onsite AV operations. You will help bridge technology with user experience, ensuring Zoom calls and video conferences run smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining AV infrastructure, specializing in Zoom ecosystem, managing ITIL workflows, performing UAT, and keeping an accurate asset inventory. On-site schedule Mon-Fri with possible on-call after-hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of technical support or operations experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with IT systems, networking and infrastructure.
• At least 1 year of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems.
• At least 1 year of experience with incident management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and optimize AV infrastructure including hardware configuration, break/fix and troubleshooting.
• Act as the subject matter expert for our Zoom ecosystem, including Zoom Rooms, Zoom Device Management, and the Zoom Digital Signage platform.
• Manage ITIL incident workflows, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintain a precise asset inventory database.
