Qualifications

• Hands-on Zoom Rooms support with admin console access.
• Recent hands-on Q-SYS support and troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on Logitech experience including firmware updates.
• Track record of troubleshooting live AV in demanding environments.
• Solid AV signal flow, networking basics, and ability to work with executives.

Responsibilities

• Administer Zoom Rooms through the Zoom admin console and configure rooms.
• Troubleshoot Zoom Rooms endpoints live during meetings and webinars.
• Support Q-SYS Core, device addressing, and network connectivity.
• Own Logitech conferencing hardware, firmware updates, and troubleshooting.
• Lead incident response for AV issues and coordinate with teams to resolution.
• Provide end-user technology support (Windows, Office) as needed.
