Job summary

Dexian is seeking an AV Support Engineer to maintain and optimize our AV infrastructure across multiple facilities. You will act as the Zoom ecosystem expert, managing Zoom Rooms, devices, and digital signage while following governance-driven incident workflows.

This role requires onsite availability at Richmond locations with potential after-hours and weekend support, plus travel between sites as needed. A strong foundation in networking and conference room tech is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year in technical support or operations.
• 1+ year in IT systems, networking, and infrastructure.
• 1+ year in desktop platforms and OS support.
• Proven experience with incident management and reporting tools.
• Foundational knowledge of networking, conference room equipment, AV controllers, and audio signal processing.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization’s Zoom ecosystem, including Zoom Rooms, device management, and digital signage.
• Manage incident workflows according to internal governance frameworks.
• Support the organization’s AV environment during regular business hours, with flexibility for some on-call, after-hours, and weekend support.
• Travel between onsite locations as needed to support different facilities.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or operations.
• At least 1 year of experience working with IT systems, networking, and infrastructure.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting desktop platforms and operating systems.
• Proven experience with incident management and reporting tools.
• Foundational knowledge of networking, conference room equipment, AV controllers, and audio signal processing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AV hardware such as Poly, Biamp, Crestron, controllers, and audio DSPs.
• Familiarity with platforms including Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Digital Signage.
• Ability to sit onsite at the West Creek location and travel to facilities as required.
