Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an AV Technician II to support Tier 2 video conferencing and on-site VC rooms across client sites. You will resolve in-room hardware issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure 99% uptime while coordinating with Tier 1 and client teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring VC alerts, supporting hybrid and live events (Zoom), assisting with new builds, asset management, and advising on installation standards. A strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Tier 2 video conferencing and on-site VC rooms.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Clearone hardware and signal flow.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site technician capable of fixing most room issues.
• Monitor VC alerts daily for executive spaces.
• Escalate and coordinate Tier 2 AV/VC support.
• Support in-person, hybrid, and virtual events (Zoom).
• Assist with new builds, asset management, commissioning and testing.
• Support broadcast events, live productions, video switching, and streaming.
• Be the primary user-facing POC for VC issues.
• Provide strong client-level support and de-escalation.
• Maintain uptime and perform routine VC gear maintenance.
