Job summary

May Mobility is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Operations Specialist to coordinate daily logistics and support operators, ensuring a safe, high-quality rider experience. You will report to the Site Operations Manager and help exceed expectations for customer satisfaction and safety.

Key duties include real-time vehicle monitoring, adherence to safety protocols, data tracking, and cross-team collaboration with engineers. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading processes and driving continuous improvement in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
• Experience working at a technology-focused company.
• Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time during operations.
• Ensure shift safety guidelines are followed and operational protocols are adhered to.
• Track site performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Coach and develop AV operators through training and ride-alongs.
• Log feedback on autonomy performance for engineers.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and performance.
• Investigate incidents and respond to customer concerns.
• Represent May Mobility to the public as an ambassador.
• Test software changes with focus on safety and provide feedback.
• Travel to other sites as needed for coverage.
• Support other duties as assigned.
