Job summary

Unisys is seeking an AV Operations Support Technician/Hardware Engineer to bridge complex technology with an exceptional user experience, ensuring Zoom calls and video conferences run seamlessly.

The role focuses on supporting AV infrastructure, hardware configuration, break/fix and troubleshooting, managing ITIL incident workflows, and maintaining accurate asset inventories across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in technical support or operations
• Minimum 1 year IT systems, networking, and infrastructure
• Minimum 1 year in desktop platforms and operating systems
• Experience with incident management and reporting tools
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and optimize AV infrastructure including hardware configuration
• Troubleshoot and perform break/fix for AV systems
• Act as SME for Zoom ecosystem and related platforms
• Manage ITIL incident workflows and perform UAT
• Maintain accurate asset inventory
