Job summary

Dexian is seeking an AV/IT Support Engineer to maintain and optimize our AV infrastructure across multiple locations in Richmond, VA. You will act as the subject matter expert for Zoom-related solutions, including Zoom Rooms and digital signage, and manage incident workflows within our governance framework.

You will provide on-site support during regular hours with some on-call, after-hours, or weekend shifts, and travel between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year in technical support or operations.
At least 1 year in IT systems, networking, and infrastructure.
At least 1 year supporting desktop platforms and OS.
Proven experience with incident management and reporting tools.
Foundational knowledge of networking, conference room equipment, AV controllers, and audio signal processing.

Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and optimize AV infrastructure, including hardware setup and repairs.
Serve as SME for Zoom ecosystem, Zoom Rooms, device management, and digital signage.
Manage incident workflows according to internal governance.
Support AV environment during business hours with some on-call, after-hours, and weekend work.
Travel between onsite locations to support facilities.
