Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise AV/UC or production tech.
• Deep troubleshooting with Crestron, Zoom Rooms, AV-over-IP, DSP (Q-SYS), PTZ cameras, and UC hardware.
• Experience with livestreaming, hybrid collaboration, or production workflows.
• Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, and operational processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for AV/UC systems across ~90 spaces.
• Troubleshoot Crestron, DM-NVX, AV-over-IP, Zoom Rooms, PTZ cameras, DSPs, and Logitech systems.
• Escalation resource for frontline support and student workers.
• Monitor system health using Xyte Device Cloud, Zoom Admin Portal, Logitech Sync.
• Develop SOPs, guides, and room documentation; document workflows.
• Support deployment and scaling of Zoom Rooms across spaces.
• Collaborate with AV engineering, vendors, and integrators on upgrades.
• Provide livestreaming and hybrid event support; operate production systems.
• Create training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
