Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an IT/AV Support Specialist in our New York office to ensure seamless meetings, events, and daily operations. The role blends AV know-how with IT support, delivering reliable user experiences across conferencing and collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with live event support, Dante, Crestron, and QSC systems, plus strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a combined AV/IT support role.
• Experience with live AV event support and Dante/Crestron/BiAmp/QSC.
• Configure conferencing tech and AV control systems.
• Strong IP networking troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Familiar with Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train and orient in-room systems to end users.
• Manage and maintain AV systems in the office.
• Provide AV support for high-profile meetings, events, and live broadcasts.
• Support and configure AV hardware including Dante, Crestron, Biamp, QSC, and Logitech/Polycom.
• Coordinate AV repairs with external vendors.
• Route audio/video and troubleshoot backend AV issues.
• Provide live meeting support across Zoom and Teams.
