Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize collaboration platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams/Office 365.
• Ensure the security and reliability of all collaboration infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for conferencing services to ensure optimal performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust video conferencing and AV integration solutions.
• Manage hardware and installation vendors for new conference room setups and upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate new solutions and address technical challenges.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new software, hardware, and processes to keep the collaboration ecosystem current.
• Develop and maintain documentation including user guides and technical specifications.
• Provide executive-level meeting support with flawless technical execution for high-profile engagements.
• Provide administration and support with digital signage systems, including content management and display technology.
