Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment per job specs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships on-site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues as needed and resolve problems promptly.
• Enter orders and coordinate with staff and vendors using Navigator and paperwork.
