Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure customer satisfaction by meeting guest needs on site and maintaining equipment functionality.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, handling equipment and software tasks, and processing orders in Navigator while coordinating with staff and vendors. A high school diploma is required with preferred AV experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license when operating Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and follow procedures accurately.
• Complete order entries in Navigator and coordinate with staff and vendors.
