Job summary

Encore seeks a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting on Johns Island. You will ensure flawless event execution from initial setup through breakdown, while maintaining customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associates preferred), 1 year of hospitality or customer service, and 1 year of AV experience. A valid driver’s license is also required for potential vehicle use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/HS diploma with hospitality or customer service focus.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in educational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as required.
• Provide excellent on-site customer service and coordinate with hotel staff and clients.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues and communicate effectively with guests.
