Encore seeks a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure complete customer satisfaction and report to the Operations Manager or Director, Event Technology.

Responsibilities include on-site equipment operation, client communication, and accurate system entries. A High School Diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred, with 1 year of AV or hospitality experience recommended.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate basic audiovisual equipment and handle breakdowns as listed in the qualifications
• Exceed expectations of internal and external customers
• Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication on site
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly
• Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day
• Understand and foster hotel/client relationships
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely manner
• Complete order entries in Navigator and interact with staff/vendors as needed
