Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for vehicle operation.
• External DOT requirements may apply where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as required.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure equipment works and needs are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and resolve promptly.
• Complete order entries and related paperwork accurately.
