Job summary

Encore in Denver, CO is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout events.

The role requires strong customer service, basic technical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will report to the Operations leadership and collaborate with hotel staff and vendors to ensure flawless events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must complete training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the qualifications.
• Exceed expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors; finalize invoices.
• Enter orders and manage equipment sheets and Navigator system.
