Job summary

Qualifications

• A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent with four years of full-time computer maintenance/repair experience, including one year in supervision.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory of desktop equipment and manage assets.
• Plan and set up audio-visual systems and video conferencing.
• Develop and implement AV configuration and troubleshooting best practices.
• Assess equipment and plan upgrades or replacements.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated technical issues and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Travel to locations to provide on-site support and installations.
