Job summary

Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP in New York seeks a Collaboration Services Analyst to provide technical support for meetings and presentations and to support collaboration functions across GD&C office(s).

You will configure and troubleshoot AV systems, coordinate with vendors, and ensure high-quality video/audio for townhalls, webinars, and client meetings. The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IS/AV support in a professional services environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and remain calm under deadline pressure.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, and Cisco video conferencing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, install, and operate AV equipment for live events and conferences.
• Troubleshoot audio/visual issues and provide standby support for conferences.
• Manage room scheduling and inventory of conference room equipment and supplies.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve AV faults and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with IS resources across local, regional, and global teams.
