Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an Audiovisual Analyst I for our New York office. You will operate and support AV components, projectors, LCDs, codecs, microphones, and control systems, ensuring conference rooms are properly equipped for meetings based on room size and function.

You will troubleshoot, provide consultative guidance, and coordinate maintenance with vendors and the Tech team, protecting sensitive information while delivering exceptional meeting experiences.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of videoconferencing, AV, projection, and meeting support tech.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for high-level consultative service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure conference rooms and equipment are ready before meetings (computers, displays, codecs, cameras, etc.).
• Guide requestors to select spaces with optimal technology and collaboration experience.
• Perform daily room checks and coordinate repairs with vendors or Tech team.
• Schedule and supervise vendors for maintenance of conference center tech.
• Operate conference room equipment during videoconferences and recordings, adjust cameras, and switch presentations as needed.
• Protect sensitive information handled by the firm.
