Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking an Audiovisual Analyst I for its New York office. You will operate and support audiovisual components and technology in conference rooms, ensuring optimal setup based on room size and event requirements.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, consulting with clients on best technologies, and coordinating with vendors for maintenance. A strong AV background and 3+ years in tech support are ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AV, or Information Systems (preferred).
• Certifications from AV manufacturers/integrators (e.g., Extron, Crestron) and industry orgs (e.g., AVIXA) are preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of technology support experience with PC hardware/software.
• Advanced knowledge of AV equipment including video codecs, projectors, microphones, cameras.
• Experience with videoconferencing platforms (Cisco, Zoom, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all AV and tech in conference rooms function and are ready before meetings.
• Provide consultative guidance to help clients select the best tech setup for events.
• Perform daily room checks and coordinate with vendors or IT for maintenance.
• Schedule and supervise vendors for center technology maintenance.
• Operate conference room equipment during meetings (video calls, recording, switching).
• Protect and maintain confidential, proprietary information.
