Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking an Audiovisual Analyst I for our New York office. You will operate and support audiovisual components across conference rooms and collaborative spaces, ensuring optimal setup for meetings and events.

Responsibilities include proactive room checks, vendor coordination, and live support during videoconferences. A background in AV hardware, software, and Cisco/Zoom/Teams platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Audiovisual, or Information Systems preferred.
• Certifications from AV manufacturers (Extron, Crestron) and industry orgs preferred.
• Minimum of three years of technology support experience with PC hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all conference room AV equipment and collaboration apps are functional before meetings.
• Provide consultative guidance to select spaces with optimal technology for events.
• Perform daily checks of rooms and coordinate repairs with AV vendors and IT team.
