Sidley Austin LLP seeks an AV Collaboration Analyst to provide onsite audiovisual and collaboration tech support for conference rooms and events in California. You will handle Zoom Rooms, Poly/Cisco systems, room readiness, and live meeting assistance to ensure smooth, high-quality experiences for lawyers and staff.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong customer service, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct and exceptional technology support.
• Experience supporting enterprise conference room and collaboration technologies, including Zoom Rooms or similar video conferencing environments.
• Experience supporting Windows-based computers, Microsoft Office applications, smartphones, remote access technologies such as Citrix, and enterprise imaging or deployment solutions.
• Experience supporting VoIP telephony solutions.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite conference room and AV support, including proactive room readiness checks and live meeting assistance.
• Review scheduled meetings to anticipate AV requirements and prepare rooms in advance.
• Support Zoom Rooms and installed AV technologies (Poly, Cisco touch panels, displays, microphones, cameras).
• Diagnose first-line AV issues, perform corrective actions, escalate when needed.
• Provide AV support for meetings, presentations, and events with advance testing/prep.
• Document incidents and coordinate escalation and vendor support until resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of installed systems and participate in training.
• Assist users with hardware and software problems, including remote access issues.
• Provide Level II hardware support (desktops, laptops, imaging, printers).
• Provide software support for standard applications and third-party tools.
• Manage asset inventory and hardware moves/changes.
• Provide break/fix support for telephones and related equipment.
• Assist with technology projects, upgrades, moves, and events.
• Manage warranty claims and vendor repairs.
• Document user requests, incidents, resolutions in ITSM system.
