Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate clients, and grow your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales team and manager.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and generate referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager; track daily activity.
