Job summary

Alleviation is expanding its sales team in the United States, inviting ambitious individuals to join a comprehensive training program. No prior experience required; you will own your local territory, engaging with business owners to offer high-quality supplemental insurance solutions.

You will work with the sales manager to set targets, manage your schedule, and build a personal client portfolio through consultative sales and presentations.

Qualifications

• Background in competitive sports, leadership, or athletics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit your weekly schedule and report daily activity.
