You will engage with local business owners to introduce high quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, shaping your territory’s landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Background in sales, athletics, leadership, or related competitive experiences is valued.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience is preferred or considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedules; submit plans weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
