You will engage local business owners to introduce high‑quality supplemental insurance solutions through consultations and presentations. You’ll use Salesforce CRM to build a client portfolio, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and collaboratively set targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a new market.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager.
• Visit local businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and submit your weekly schedule.
• Record daily sales activity and results.
