Job summary

Alleviation is expanding our sales team with immersive training for new sales professionals. You’ll engage with business owners to introduce high quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, in your designated territory.

No prior sales experience is necessary; we’ll mold the right candidate. Expect weekly schedule planning, mentorship, and ongoing growth opportunities in a culture focused on Ownership, Growth, and Service.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain; course provided and fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience; consideration for near-degree candidates.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit it to your manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates daily.
