• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience in sales or related fields.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Life & Health Producer license; study course provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Work with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report activity to your manager.
• Record daily performance metrics and sales activity.
