Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and follow up on leads.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and report activity weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
