Job summary

Alleviation is expanding its sales team with immersive training and mentorship in your territory. No prior sales experience is required; you will own your local domain, engaging with business owners to offer high quality supplemental insurance solutions.

From consultations to group presentations, you will shape your territory and build a growing client portfolio. You’ll use Salesforce CRM, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and meet monthly/quarterly targets with your sales manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and follow up on leads.
• Develop and grow your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
