Job summary

Alleviation is expanding its sales team and offering an immersive training program for individuals seeking autonomy, work/life balance, and ongoing growth. You will own your local territory, engage with business owners and employees, and introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions through consultations and on-site presentations.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide hands-on mentorship and support to help you succeed across one-to-one and group settings.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• A passion for assisting others with resilience and a track record of exceeding expectations in sales or leadership roles.
• Clearly-defined personal goals, a positive attitude, and an optimistic outlook.
• Quick-thinking with strong situational awareness and critical thinking.
• Hunger for learning and growth, strong time management, and ability to work independently.
• Background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or competitive leagues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory and neighboring communities.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and resell to existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
