Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Marrero, LA, offering immersive training and mentorship in a territory-focused role. No prior sales experience required; candidates will develop a local network while delivering high-quality supplemental insurance solutions through consults and group presentations.

You’ll use Salesforce to manage leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and grow a personal client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales team to align on targets.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and collaborate to set targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit schedule to manager weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
