You will own your local domain, engaging with business owners to tailor high‑quality supplemental insurance solutions. From one‑on-one consultations to group presentations, you will shape your territory's landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Quick-thinking with optimistic and growth-minded attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Proven drive to learn and grow, with a track record in sales or athletics.
• Background in competitive sports or coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use our Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with prospects to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio and pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it weekly.
• Record daily activity and sales stats at day end.
