No prior sales experience is required; we mold the right candidate to engage with business owners and employees, offering high-quality supplemental insurance solutions. You will manage a local client portfolio, schedule meetings, visit new businesses, and collaborate with your Sales Manager to meet monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or 4+ years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
