Alleviation is expanding its sales team, offering immersive training and mentorship in your territory. No prior sales experience is required; you will manage your local domain, engaging with business owners to introduce high quality supplemental insurance solutions.

You will conduct consultations, group presentations, and build a client portfolio while working toward monthly and quarterly targets. A license path is provided, with benefits evolving through a performance‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post‑high school work experience (sales or athletic background acceptable).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build quick connections.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license where required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and reservice clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
