Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post‑high school work experience in sales or leadership roles.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (license fees reimbursed).
• Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up referrals, and resell existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
