• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build connections quickly.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand network within territory.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client needs and present insurance solutions.
• Visit businesses to build relationships and resell to existing clients.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
