Job summary

Alleviation is expanding its sales team in Texas, offering immersive training with mentorship in your territory. No prior sales experience is required as we mold the right candidate to succeed in local business owner and employee engagements, introducing high quality supplemental insurance solutions.

You will conduct consultations, group presentations, and build your own client portfolio while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and resell to existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates daily.
