Job summary

KR Wolfe, Inc. is seeking a Medical Equipment Field Service Technician to perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of medical equipment in healthcare settings.

This hands-on role requires travel to customer sites and documentation of service activities. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience with diagnostic tools, and the ability to communicate findings clearly with hospital staff and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Biomedical electronics or related certification preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and hand tools for medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections and evaluations of medical equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot to identify mechanical, electrical, or operational issues.
• Take photographs and document inspection results and recommended steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers for complex repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment information and service activity.
