Job summary

Scientific Safety Alliance is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and certify complex biomedical systems at customer sites. You will travel regionally, diagnose and repair equipment, perform safety inspections, calibrations, and maintain rigorous documentation while upholding SSA values of autonomy, integrity, and urgency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Biomedical Technician experience across multiple equipment types.
• Curious, mechanically minded problem-solvers who troubleshoot hands-on.
• Strong communication to explain findings to clinicians and staff.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform safety inspections, calibration, and performance verifications on complex systems.
• Install, calibrate, and verify biomedical equipment at customer sites.
• Maintain accurate service reports and uphold QA standards.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians and facility teams.
