TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets across depots in North America. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment-ready.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, transportation, logistics, mobility services, or similar operational environments.
- Experience leading operational or technical teams and managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
- Strong organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleet operations across one or more depot locations.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment, and autonomous ride-hailing services.
- Coordinate dispatch, monitor fleet utilization and uptime to optimize performance.
- Oversee depot activities with safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise staff; create 24/7 shift schedules.
- Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans; support stakeholder reviews.
- Drive safety culture and adherence to procedures across all teams.
