Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs, commercial ride-hailing, and new city launches across North America. You will coordinate safety operators, depot staff, technicians, and SDS specialists to keep vehicles safe and deployment-ready.

The role emphasizes fleet availability, KPI tracking, and efficient dispatch, with leadership over 24/7 operations and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet/operations or mobility services.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing 24/7 shift-based operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AV/robotaxi fleet operations across depots.
• Coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists.
• Ensure vehicles are safe, charging and deployment-ready.
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, and readiness.
• Develop and implement SOPs for autonomous vehicle operations.
• Support new city launches and fleet expansion.
