Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily AV and robotaxi fleet operations across depots in North America. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure fleet availability, safety, and deployment readiness.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in fleet or mobility operations, strong leadership, and experience managing 24/7 operations, with excellent stakeholder communication and a passion for

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in fleet/operational roles within mobility or logistics.
Experience leading operational or technical teams in 24/7 settings.
Fluent English with strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment, and rideshailing services.
Monitor fleet utilization, charging schedules, and readiness to meet KPIs.
Coordinate dispatch and returns to maximize fleet efficiency.
Oversee depot operations, safety, inspections, and maintenance readiness.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff; create 24/7 shift schedules.
